Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FP Markets Partner Exchange platform (the "Platform") provided by FP Markets Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with registered address at [Insert Address], Cyprus ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a partner ("Partner", "you") and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Partner Obligations

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Services

The Platform enables Partners to process local fiat‑to‑crypto and crypto‑to‑fiat transactions for the Company's clients. The specific terms of the partnership, including commission rates, security deposits, and turnover limits, are set forth in the Master Partner and Payment Exchange Agreement executed separately.

4. Compliance with Laws

You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to anti‑money laundering (AML) and counter‑terrorist financing (CTF) laws of the Republic of Cyprus and your local jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by the Company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or the Partnership Agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
